  • Customer: Garden Hotels

    Garden Hotels are one our pioneering customers, throughout these years we have gown and expanded together, discovering new management models and work operations.

    Initially implementing the most attractive online connections for this hotel chain with presence within the Balearic Islands, Almeria Coast and the "Costa de la luz".

    In 2009 Garden Hotels revamped their corporate website implementing our BOOKinCENTER as their Booking Engine for online sales, developed by GLOBALRED. Dynamically and individually manage this channel sharing allotments and fares with the rest of the channels.

    Post integration with Garden's PMS "TIMON HOTEL", connections with major tour operators Hotelbeds and Olympia Viajes were implemented for booking downloads.

    Since January 2010 Garden Hotels benefit from all the advantages offered by DINGUS SERVICES as a global solution for hotel sales management.
  • Customer: Viva Hotels / Vanity Hotels

    Since April 2008, Viva Hotels entrusts Dingus Services solutions for their integral management and their online sales through XML. Many hours have been conjointly dedicated to implement both platforms. Without a doubt, the knowledge input by the Hotel chain team, located in the Balearic Islands has been a great aid in positioning DINGUS Services at the forefront of service providers better serving our customers.

    Throughout the year of 2010 new reservation download connections shall be implemented taking advantage of the connectivity with their PMS "NAVIHOTEL" by "Sistemas de Gestión".
  • Customer: Dunas Hotels & Resorts

    Dunas Hotels and Resorts is a Hotel chain located in the Canary Islands focused on medium to high classed European vacation tourism. Operating activities undertaken in 3 and 4 star hotels, Apart-hotels, villas and apartments. Currently with over 3,000 vacation beds in the Canary Islands.

    In early 2009 a new challenge arose, to create a new web page with the objective being to generate a new and successful experience, for our products and services yet being capable maximize the number of visitors into returning customers using the personalized integration of a new booking engine. The aim being to guide customers in the purchase process throughout the site, so that purchase could be made at any given moment of the visit even if the selection differed from the original search criteria.

    For our sales department it was of upmost importance to incorporate a potent management system which at the same time provided enough flexibility to manage the many offers, different fares for each group as well as providing management for the diverse third party sales channels. Another necessity was an integrative solution to connect to our PMS in order to automate reservation processes. After searching and comparing solutions from many different providers, we appointed the project to Dingus Services. We are overwhelmed with the results, as we have considerably incremented sales.

  • Customer: Playa Senator

    In January 2010 we initiated the implementation of one of the most important and influential hotel chains nationally. With the main goal being to automatically manage the bookings generated by the Hotel chains main customers, incorporating the added connectivity with Playa Senators' own developed PMS, by way connecting with the major national and international tour operators in the vacation sector.

    The bid of this Andalusia hotel chain for the Dingus Services solutions reasserts our business model, covering the most important aspects and requirements of sales, both in the vacation and urban sector where multi-fare management becomes a necessity in everyday operations.
  • Customer: Hotetur

    Our go to lab from the very beginning! The close alliance created back in January 2008 allows us to revert to the experience and knowledge of the entire sales team of this Majorcan based hotel chain present in the Canary Islands and the Caribbean.

    Hotetur has progressively scaled on the functionalities offered on our platforms. Going from the automated booking downloads into their PMS "NAVIHOTEL" by Sistemas de Gestion to the connection with GDS's and PEGASUS for one of their hotels.

    During the month of June 2010 the connection with Hotetur's own web site developed by GLOBALRED was implemented using our BOOKinCENTER as their WEB engine.
