We started in the final stretch of the year and in addition to closing the accounts of this 2017 and preparing everything to start well in 2018, in Dingus and Etoolnovation (Hitt Group) we are preparing a new solidary Christmas.

After last year’s successful collaboration with Aspace, we have decided to repeat the experience and bet on contributing to the project of the Association of Cerebral Palsy in the Balearic Islands. It was in 1976 that the concern of parents with children affected by cerebral palsy led them to seek an educational and integrating path for their personal abilities. Today, Aspace is a reference centre, with almost a hundred workers to serve more than 250 users in its different services on the islands: early care, school, day centre, residence, leisure and sport adapted… and proposals related to the development of autonomy in school, work and social integration.

One of the skills that are most encouraged in the association’s workshops is crafts, and craftsmanship is an extraordinary form of expression that, on the approaching dates, becomes a good declaration of intent. For this reason, Hitt Group and Aspace we are once again organizing the solidarity Christmas market, where we can voluntarily make some very handmade purchases: are crafts made with the heart and a smile, whose sale will contribute to sustain Aspace’s mission of caring for people with cerebral palsy and related pathologies. And all this without forgetting their families and the overall objective of improving their quality of life.

Last Christmas, the money raised by everyone was used to purchase a necessary articulated bed for the Aspace centre. We are sure that this year our contribution can be important again for this social project.
