At the same time, Gabriel Llobera, as president of the Agrupación de Cadenas de Baleares (ACH), pointed out that many companies have contracted “a reservation control service with the company that manages the Dingus system” which “allows them to know how online reservation sales are at all times with the tour operators with which we operate”. The executive vice president of Garden Hotels also recognized that information is key when structuring the commercial planning of a hotel, to “establish the appropriate mechanisms and tools to alleviate any decrease in occupancy levels”.

Llobera alluded to Bookincenter and its functionalities as CRS. Beyond the well-known channel manager BiC, its possibilities as a booking centre are an important asset for the hotel in terms of sales management.
