The last 10 november Dingus sponsored the brokerage event that annually organizes the umbrella of Tourism of the EUREKA network and the International Cluster of Information and Communication Technologies applied to tourism, Turistec, held in this ocassion in Madrid. Although Jaume Monserrat presides presently both entities, its intervention in the workshop of talent and added value as CEO of our company, was for to defend the proper management of the teams of people that sustain our business model and the technological solutions for customers.

Monserrat recognized that “the new generations of professionals think in a different way to which we have a few years in this, and are not necessarily those that must adapt. Rather we are the ones who have to learn to think like them, in line with them”. And without forgetting, noted the employer “that come well prepared”. In fact, are the ICT professionals that must face the challenge of the hiperpersonalización and hiperconexión requested by for tourists and travelers with those who work our customers hoteliers. “somehow – said Monserrat – all these demands and needs have to be managed by our technological tools. So we have to count with all the talent that wants to participate in the project”.

For Dingus, that the staff would like to form part of the company is a priority and we are convinced that the talent cannot be retained. There is that “convince them, make them a participant of a business plan, professional and even personal, that assume as its own”.

The appropriate management of talent in the ICT environment as a generator of added value for companies, starred in one of the interesting discussion tables of the 3rd International Brokerage Event, this year with the motto “Driving Tourism toward digital transformation”.
