What a trip! Is the expression chosen to give name to the event of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria that will present the trends of the tourist sector on April 19. It will be in the final days of the entrepreneurship program for ICT projects developed by the Gran Canaria Economic Promotion Society, SPEGC, and the School of Industrial Organization, EOI.

The meeting will be held at the ICT Center for Tourism Innovation and will present opportunities, trends and business models in the tourism sector and information and communication technologies. It is precisely in that TIC-Tourism binomial that Dingus has its natural space as a reference supplier, combining tourism technology and know-how. And for that reason, we are delighted and grateful for the invitation from the organizers of the entrepreneurship program to participate in this part of the project.

Specifically, it will be the general director of Dingus who will take part in the roundtable moderated by the dean of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Juan Manuel Benítez del Rosario. Víctor Sánchez will share the debate with Sergi Mesquida (IT Innovation & New Ventures – Hotelbeds Group), Álvaro Carrillo (ITH) and Alfredo Chiaramonte (Chapp Solutions), all of whom are experts in the topic.

Sánchez will also be part of the jury at the closing of this acceleration program for ICT initiatives aimed at the tourism sector (in which have participated 20 projects led by 40 people) and will have a mentoring session with the accessible tourism portal omnirooms.com at the request of its founders.
