As technology suppliers for the hotel marketing for Dingus was a pleasure to attend the recent celebration of World Tourism Day organized by AENOR in the Balearic Islands. The Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification, represented by its Director General and the Director on the islands, Avelino Brito and Soledad Seisdedos, respectively, also celebrated the 30 years that the organization is dedicated to the practice of the N + C (standardization and certification ). Three decades in which AENOR has become one of the 10 most important certifiers in the world and has made its seal is present in more than 60 countries.

Dingus CEO has returned to share the mention special for the company by have of the ISO 27001-that credited the system of management of safety of the information implemented-with all the team. Is team which really “makes possible day to day this ISMS, as well as the companies that trust in our commitment with it security, in a field as sensitive as the of the information”. Jaume Monserrat recalls that “with the ISO 27001 officially granted in 2015, during the International Tourism Fair of Madrid, Fitur, we joined the small group of companies of the Balearic Islands that have this certification (only seven at that time ). Now it is very satisfying to see how this certificate is one that has the greatest potential and recognition worldwide “. Systems Management Information Security are the most effective means of minimizing risks recalls AENOR, “to ensure that they identify and value assets and its risks, considering the impact to the organization, and the controls and procedures are adopted more effective and consistent with the business strategy”.

During the double celebration of AENOR, anniversary and tribute to tourism in their day, were handed over 80 awards to companies that provide quality tourism. Among the authorities that supported the initiative with its presence highlighted the Vice President of the Government of the Balearic Islands, Gabriel Barceló, the Mayor of Palma, José Hila, the President of the Balearic Islands Port Authority, Joan Gual de Torrella and the Director of Affiliate Members of the World Tourism Organization, Yolanda Perdomo.

Also we want to highlight the place of celebration: Porto Pi Lighthouse in the Balearic capital. Not only is third oldest in the world along with the Tower of Hercules in La Coruna and Lanterna in Genoa and a wonderful location… is a symbol of the identity corporate of Dingus because, in our opinion, the technology provider assumes the task of the lighthouse that guides (it brings the knowledge, know-how) and indicates the safe route a vessel can avoid the pitfall. All of this under the command of a pattern that is, of course, our customer.
